2012 Due Diligence, Upgrade Plans & technical parts of business plan for new station owners. Sold FM translator station in metro of 90,000. 2011: South central US Upgrade/Move-In: Identified Upgrade path for AM covering a wide area but few people in declining area. Contacted owner, arranged upgrade path (FCC filings, leases, co-location plan, ways FM translators could be used with AM). City grade coverage of AM went from 5,000 to 225,000 while sharing an existing station's tower. FM translator puts 1 mv over 90+ percent of the AM city grade pop. From unrelated parts to new signal/format for an existing cluster in less than a year at moderate six figure price.

2010-2011: Manage effort to develop local Emergency Alert System plans to areas still on generic plans from start of program.

2008 to present: Partner in Management Group of "Bob-FM" KWFB in Wichita Falls and Lawton, OK. Move-in project had been started by others became stalled. New capital allowed project to be finished, new format to be installed, and a real sales effort to get underway.

2007 to Present: Managing Member of KBXJ & KPET stations. Consolidated former competitors under one roof. Return one station to operation with new format, improve other format from long stagnation. Adjusted branding of established older station to make more of it's existing image with older listeners and to introduce station to next generation. Acquired FM translator to carry KPET. Worked with door to door, press the flesh initiative to tell all local advertisers about the new signal, thank them for their support, program car radio buttons if they'd let us.
